Roanoke Revival Painting Co. will make every reasonable effort to complete the project as agreed, but is not responsible for delays or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen site conditions. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from samples and/or swatches, due to surface conditions, lighting, and product manufacturing variations. We reserve the right to refuse services or cancel a contract at our discretion if we determine that a Client’s expectations are unreasonable, communication is unproductive, or other circumstances make the project unfeasible. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws

Terms & Conditions - Full Details Below

1. **Company Information** Roanoke Revival Painting Co, including its employees, owners, and affiliates, is committed to providing high-quality residential painting services. By engaging with our company, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. **Estimates and Proposals** Proposals are of charge and valid for 60 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on information provided during the consultation. Changes to the scope of work, materials, or conditions may result in updated pricing, which must be provided in writing. Written approval for proposals and change order forms is required before any work begins. Acceptable forms of written approval include a signed contract, a written email from the client, or a written text message from the client confirming the agreed-upon details and pricing.

3. **Scheduling and Deposits** To secure your project date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon scheduling. If the deposit is not received or if the client cannot provide proof that the deposit is in transit, the project may be delayed and removed from the production schedule. Project start dates are scheduled a first-come, first-served basis. Delays caused by weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions may result in schedule adjustments, and we will communicate any changes promptly. Should the client need to reschedule for personal, they must alert Roanoke Revival Painting Co immediately, preferably at least days in advance when possible.

4. **Payments** Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement, also referred to as “The Proposal”. Unless otherwise agreed upon, and provided in written form, final payment is due immediately, upon completion of work and directly following the final walkthrough. Accepted forms of payment include; Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, Zelle, ACH transfer, and Cash. At this time, Roanoke Revival Painting Co. reserves the right to not accept Debit/Credit Card payments. Should Card payments be offered, at any time in the future, processing fees may apply.

5. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Contract Cancellations, which are to be provided in writing, are subject to Cancellation fees. Cancellations made no more than 7 days after signing, will result in a refund of customer’s initial 25% Deposit. Cancellations that are made more than 7 days after signing may result in forfeiture of the 25% Deposit. ANY CANCELLATIONS made AFTER materials have been purchased, will result in forfeiture of the initial 25% deposit AND will result in additional fees to cover the expenses of materials. Should this scenario happen, the Customer will, in return, receive the products/materials that were purchased. 

6. **Customer Responsibilities** Provide clear access to the work area, including moving personal effects from the Walls, Window coverings/Blinds, Furniture, and other items, unless otherwise specified in the general scope of work, within the Proposal. Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and ready to be painted. Inform Roanoke Revival of any known hazards, structural concerns, or previous coatings that could affect work. Keep pets and Children clear of the work area, for safety. 

7. **Workmanship Warranty** We offer a 12 Month limited workmanship warranty on all completed projects. Warranty covers peeling, blistering, or chipping paint due to defective workmanship and/or defective materials. The Warranty DOES NOT cover damage caused by weather, water intrusion, structural issues, normal wear & tear, or Customer neglect. The Warranty DOES NOT cover ANY horizontal surfaces such as, but not limited to, Walking Surfaces, handrails, painted roofing. 

8. **Limitation of Liability**  While we take great care to protect your property, as our property, Roanoke Revival Painting Co. is NOT liable for pre-existing damage, unavoidable minor paint splatters, minor debris in mulch beds, or any other conditions beyond our Control. Our Liability will NOT exceed the total amount paid for the specific project in question. 

9. **Website & Content Use** The Content on our Website is for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced without our written consent. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of any content.

10. **Privacy** Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which states in full, that we will not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your request or as required by law. Furthermore, we may use photos or digital content from your project, for marketing purposes, however we will protect your identity by not providing any addresses, property markers, street names, etc. 

11. **Changes to Terms** We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our Website with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
